What you'll do

• Provide early intervention when needed and onsite support
• collaborate with program staff, school personnel, families, and early childhood agencies as appropriate
• model effective behavior-management strategies and provide staff development
• offer parent support and community-service resources
• update the Director of Training and Support on referred children
• report suspicious activity that may lead to child abuse or violate the code of conduct
• participate in community and YMCA activities.
