What you'll do

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept and planning through customer delivery
• bring engineering, manufacturing, customer, and business perspectives together to evaluate options and set technical direction
• clarify scope, priorities, ownership, schedules, budgets, risks, and next steps
• coordinate communication among customers, engineers, leadership, suppliers, and stakeholders
• identify project drift and challenge assumptions
• build and improve project-management processes, reporting, documentation, and KPIs.
