What you'll do

• Conduct psychosocial and chemical-dependency assessments
• facilitate 10–15 group therapy sessions per week and develop group curricula
• provide individual counseling as needed
• participate in treatment-team meetings and contribute to master treatment plans
• assist with discharge planning and care coordination
• provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary
• complete clinical documentation
• maintain confidentiality
• collaborate with staff, patients, families, and external partners
• participate in quality improvement and professional development.

Why this role
