What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care.
