What you'll do

• Recommend phones, plans, home internet, tablets, and accessories based on customer needs
• explain options and close sales
• track goals and apply coaching
• process activations, upgrades, payments, and account changes accurately while protecting customer information
• stay current on products and promotions
• provide customer service
• maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock
• follow cash, inventory, and security procedures.
