Onsite Merchant Support Specialist — Inventory Control

What you'll do

• Run daily cycle counts and inventory-control processes
• investigate discrepancies and report significant issues
• perform physical location checks and reconcile variances within a 24-hour SLA
• determine root causes and lead corrective efforts
• conduct merchant-requested audits
• resolve inventory tickets within a 2-hour SLA
• communicate operational updates
• present weekly performance reports
• and follow food-safety and compliance procedures.
