Director of Nursing

What you'll do

• Supervise clinic nurses, infusion nurses, nurse navigators, referral intake staff, and schedulers
• provide leadership, training, and competency oversight
• maintain compliance with procedures and research requirements
• coordinate care plans and patient schedules
• provide clinical guidance and nurse education
• improve care workflows
• review protocols for nursing feasibility and allocate studies
• track referral, visit, enrollment, and screening metrics
• support enrollment growth and effective use of CTMS and EHR systems
• travel up to 5% of the time.
