• Support project managers with daily project duties
• uphold safety and quality requirements and address site violations
• procure materials and equipment
• expedite approvals and deliveries
• prepare and track submittals
• obtain material certifications
• assist with billing, change orders, and extra-work cost analysis
• maintain project files, drawings, and schedule records
• coordinate trade partners
• review receiving invoices
• maintain trade partner relationships
• travel between job sites, projects, and offices.
