What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, and leadership roles
• coach and develop recruiters
• partner with HR, operations, finance, and hiring leaders on workforce forecasts and strategies
• build talent pipelines
• manage staffing vendors, agencies, job boards, platforms, and sourcing tools
• oversee vendor and early talent program performance
• use analytics and labor market intelligence
• report recruiting metrics
• improve workflows and candidate experience
• oversee recruiting technology and selection processes
• promote compliance
• execute employer branding and recruitment marketing
• manage the talent acquisition budget.
