The Director, Program Management – Europe and Africa V-BAT Programs role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Pay is $175,000–$260,000 per year. The role leads program managers delivering and sustaining unmanned aerial vehicle system Direct Commercial Sales programs in Europe and Africa. Shield AI’s mission is to protect service members and civilians with intelligent systems. The director coordinates program execution, customer relationships, resources, schedules, budgets, and technical performance while developing the program management team and improving processes for international programs.

What you'll do

• Lead program managers and program delivery
• shape processes and procedures
• balance customer priorities across cost, schedule, and technical parameters
• guide initiation and sustainment of V-BAT Direct Commercial Sales contracts
• improve program management processes and tools
• oversee customer relationships and escalations
• track budgets, resources, and metrics
• conduct critical-path analysis
• identify bottlenecks and mitigate delays
• partner with leadership on priorities and resources
• hire and supervise program managers as needed.
