What you'll do

• Assist customers in-store, online, and by phone with jewelry and gift selections
• explain product features and benefits
• use CRM, point-of-sale systems, vendor portals, and online resources
• conduct customer outreach and follow-up
• process special orders, engravings, sales, repairs, and returns
• support ecommerce fulfillment and sales order management
• maintain merchandise displays and organized sales areas
• participate in training and vendor seminars.
