What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading docks, access points, and perimeter
• verify credentials as directed and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity
• respond to incidents and alarms and escalate concerns
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
