What you'll do

• Follow management’s prep list
• label and stock ingredients
• measure ingredients and seasonings
• wash and chop vegetables
• prepare simple dishes such as sandwiches, salads, and entrees
• wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, take out trash, and maintain an orderly kitchen
• store food and other items properly
• operate the cash register or perform other assigned kitchen duties.
