Vice President of Clinical

The Vice President of Clinical role is based onsite at Cedarhurst’s home office in Saint Louis, MO, when not traveling; the position is not eligible for remote work and requires travel across multiple states up to at least 50% of the time. Reporting to the President, the vice president sets the clinical vision and translates it into practical systems, standards, programs, training, and tools across the senior living portfolio. The role works across executive and community teams to improve resident outcomes and experience, strengthen family confidence, and support consistent, scalable clinical operations.

What you'll do

• Establish and improve clinical philosophy, standards, protocols, and enterprise processes
• advise executive and operational leaders
• partner with regional and community leaders to make clinical expectations practical and measurable
• oversee the corporate clinical team
• own enterprise clinical strategy
• improve clinical processes and use data and technology
• establish clinical KPIs and reporting
• oversee regulatory compliance, resident safety, and clinical risk
• develop clinical leadership capabilities and succession pathways.

Why this role
