Registered Nurse, Floor Nurse

The Registered Nurse, Floor Nurse role is onsite in Franklin, WV; compensation is $20–$40 per hour. The nurse provides resident care at Pendleton Manor in accordance with state and federal regulations and the nursing process. The role assesses residents, administers ordered medications and treatments, documents changes and care, coordinates with physicians and families, and supports quality improvement to help ensure residents receive appropriate care.

What you'll do

• Complete comprehensive resident assessments
• administer ordered medications, treatments, and procedures
• document resident conditions, admissions, discharges, transfers, incidents, and care
• use the EMR
• process physician orders and notify physicians
• respond to call lights
• educate residents and families
• participate in quality improvement
• may complete assigned portions of MDS
• supervise assigned employees.
