What you'll do

• Teach assigned courses according to catalog descriptions and approved syllabi
• teach dual-enrollment classes at area high schools as assigned
• travel to multiple campuses as assigned
• evaluate student performance
• provide academic support and guidance
• collaborate with faculty and academic leadership
• stay current in the discipline
• support curricular and co-curricular activities
• teach up to 12 credit hours per semester as assigned
• maintain availability for students and occasional meetings
• submit requested paperwork.

Why this role

Requires a master's degree in the discipline or qualifying field, or a master's degree in another field with at least 18 graduate semester hours in a qualifying field. A doctoral degree and three years of community-college teaching experience are preferred.
