Hospital Liaison

What you'll do

• Develop referral relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals
• visit assigned hospitals
• respond to referrals and coordinate admissions with the interdisciplinary team
• explain clinical programs, rehabilitation services, and specialty care
• identify business opportunities
• track referral and marketing activity in CRM and reporting tools
• represent the facility at networking events and meetings
• collaborate with Admissions, Nursing, Therapy, and Executive teams.
