Event Technology Operations Lead

The Event Technology Operations Lead role requires two days per week onsite in San Francisco, CA. Pay is $60–$66 per hour, and the assignment is three months with an extension possible based on performance. The role supports the client’s Self-Service Events program on the Splash platform, serving a portfolio of more than 3,800 events per year. The role exists to keep event technology operations, support processes, and stakeholder relationships running effectively at scale. It manages platform support, compliance and access processes, training and knowledge resources, and readiness execution for major events such as Summits and Innovation Days.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day support for platform usage issues and self-service event processes
• manage service levels and escalation paths
• coordinate access requests and route technical configuration to the appropriate team
• enforce brand, legal, and compliance standards for event pages, emails, and registration forms
• oversee template library quality and localized registration processes
• serve as a point of contact for marketers and event owners
• maintain training materials and knowledge base
• run readiness plans and cross-functional logistics for major events
• lead event-day issue triage and resolution.
