What you'll do

• Manage daily restaurant operations, goals, policies, and procedures
• oversee staff performance, hiring, training, and engagement
• enforce applicable standards and regulations
• manage guest relations and resolve complaints
• operate within cost controls
• develop business plans and projections
• oversee opening and closing procedures, shift briefings, purchases, and inventory
• coordinate with Food & Beverage leadership.

Why this role
