What you'll do

• Welcome and register hotel guests
• oversee guest services and train staff
• serve as manager on duty when scheduled
• respond to guest requests and complaints
• support the General Manager with property goals, budgets, revenue, occupancy, guest satisfaction, and staffing
• monitor safety, maintenance, ledgers, reservations, inventory, and front-desk operations.
