Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The Client Success Associate role is an onsite position in Fort Washington, PA. The Signarama locations serve businesses throughout the Greater Philadelphia area with custom signage and graphics. The associate supports customers and the project management team by handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating smaller signage projects from order entry through completion. The role helps keep project details, customer communication, and coordination among design, production, and installation teams on track.

What you'll do

• Answer calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and project inquiries
• greet office visitors
• enter customer orders and project details
• manage smaller signage projects through completion
• communicate about proofs, pricing, timelines, status, and pickup
• prepare basic quotes
• coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
• follow up for missing information and approvals
• maintain customer and project records
• assist with pickup and delivery scheduling
• resolve basic concerns or escalate complex issues
• provide administrative and customer service support.
