What you'll do

• Prepare estimates for new products, customer quotes, and engineering changes
• analyze material, labor, overhead, tooling, freight, and outside-processing costs
• gather data with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and sales
• review specifications, drawings, and bills of material
• maintain estimating models and cost databases
• identify savings and process improvements
• support margin analysis, profitability reporting, and quote reviews.
