The Electrical & Instrumentation Technician I is an onsite role based in Seneca, SC, with a pay range of $34.00–$38.00 per hour. This position supports the BASF Environmental Catalyst and Metal Solutions Division by maintaining critical manufacturing equipment to ensure operational safety and reliability. This role exists to install, calibrate, and troubleshoot industrial electrical and instrumentation systems. The technician partners with maintenance and automation teams to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose system failures, and support continuous improvement projects to optimize production performance.

What you'll do

• Install and repair industrial electrical systems (24V to 480V)
• program and calibrate instrumentation
• perform loop checks and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot PLC and HMI issues
• adhere to LOTO and arc-flash safety standards.
