What you'll do

• Train and coach franchise owners and teams on the commercial insurance sales process
• guide prospecting, opportunity development, quoting, presentations, follow-up, and closing
• help identify commercial opportunities, carriers, and markets
• coach on carrier appetite, underwriting, and placement
• work alongside franchisees on opportunities without taking over the sale
• identify training needs and develop practical tools
• provide ongoing coaching and follow-up
• partner with Training and Development on growth initiatives
• conduct field visits throughout Florida and travel out of state as needed.
