Director of Dining Services

The Director of Dining Services role is onsite in Webster, NY. Compensation is $75,000 per year. What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day dining services operations
• ensure staff follow company dining policies
• purchase food and nonfood items and meet DSSI ordering compliance
• manage raw food and supply budgets
• use standard recipes
• ensure proper food temperatures, portions, and prescribed diets
• maintain dining-area cleanliness and sanitation
• conduct pre-meal staff stand-ups
• represent the community during health inspections and address deficiencies
• hire, train, manage, and schedule dining staff.
