It develops institutional processes and guidance and coordinates with policy, legal, finance, leadership, and acquisition training stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Develop processes for qualifying, appointing, and warranting Agreements Officers
• help create internal OT and CSO guidelines, templates, handbooks, and decision tools
• coordinate with policy, legal, finance, and NAVSUP leadership
• help define review pathways, approvals, delegations, and governance
• coordinate workforce training with the Department of War Acquisition University
• support the broader OT/CSO education program.
