What you'll do

• Assist technicians and doctors
• restrain animals for exams and procedures
• walk and monitor hospitalized pets
• assist with X-rays and medical procedures as applicable
• take medical histories and assist with client communication
• handle phones and cash transactions. For experienced candidates: use IDEXX NEO, administer vaccines, perform heartworm testing, blood draws and catheter placement, monitor anesthesia and patient vitals, prepare for surgery, perform radiology, and calculate drug dosages.
