What you'll do

• Provide regional clinical oversight
• monitor implementation of clinical policies and standards
• collaborate with facility leaders on improvement and corrective action plans
• conduct on-site facility visits
• support surveys and post-survey plans of correction
• mentor Directors of Nursing and clinical teams
• analyze clinical metrics and quality indicators
• ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
