What you'll do

• Serve as a primary customer contact and provide support to original equipment manufacturers and distribution depots
• resolve customer portal tickets
• maintain shipping schedules and releases
• analyze inventory coverage and weekly demand
• maintain Auto-Release processes and JDE planning settings
• monitor on-time delivery
• follow up on customer concerns and non-conformance events
• support 8D problem-solving
• coordinate engineering changes and build-outs
• prepare sales forecasts
• balance demand and capacity with Production Planning
• coordinate depot inventory review and returns.
