What you'll do

• Scan and index loan documents
• record, renew, or satisfy collateral filings
• research customer inquiries
• process commercial loan extensions, renewals, and modifications
• remit payments and process department billings
• correct unposted transactions and review notices
• answer and direct calls
• review new loan documents for completeness and follow up on discrepancies
• support department colleagues and comply with bank policies and BSA requirements.
