What you'll do

• Manage, troubleshoot, document, and resolve Cisco Collaboration incident tickets in ServiceNow. Support voice, conferencing, endpoint, and connectivity issues
• assist end users and IT staff
• investigate tickets through resolution or escalation
• coordinate technical resources during critical incidents
• manage Cisco TAC cases when appropriate
• and provide operational guidance. Scheduled after-hours activities may be required when coordinated in advance.
