What you'll do

• Follow facility security, safety, and emergency procedures
• monitor security cameras
• conduct routine facility and perimeter walkthroughs
• observe building conditions
• monitor environmental systems and alarms for refrigeration, heating, cooling, HVAC, freezers, and other facility systems
• evaluate alarms
• contact emergency services when required
• maintain records of rounds, alarms, incidents, and observations
• communicate professionally with employees, contractors, visitors, and responders.
