What you'll do

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, generators, and steam equipment
• repair buildings and grounds
• conduct mechanical-space rounds and document readings
• replace HVAC filters
• monitor building security and safety
• report major repair needs and equipment deficiencies
• coordinate repairs with departments
• respond to emergency call-in situations
• support vendors and other trades
• maintain tools, stock, work areas, and records
• complete assigned safety and technical training.
