The Automotive Technician / Evening Shift Leader role is onsite in Boulder, CO, on the 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. shift. Pay is $34–$44 per hour. The role supports HTC Automotive Repair’s effort to build and lead its evening operation. This working-foreman position combines hands-on diagnostics and repairs with technician guidance, production coordination, quality checks, and customer communication. It helps the shop complete work correctly, develop the evening crew, and keep customers informed while coordinating handoffs to the next shift.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair vehicles
• direct and support the evening crew
• coordinate work based on approvals, parts readiness, technician skills, and completion expectations
• check repair results and follow quality-control and vehicle-release procedures
• handle customer questions, calls, repair explanations, and approvals when advisor coverage is unavailable
• leave clear handoffs for work continuing into the next shift.
