What you'll do

• Provide individualized support based on client needs, preferences, and goals
• assist with grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• provide emotional support and companionship
• support medication adherence and document administration
• maintain client safety and report incidents
• document interactions and progress
• collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and support staff
• participate in training and development.
