What you'll do

• Supervise branch managers, the Bookmobile and Outreach Services Librarian, and assigned staff
• direct branch and outreach operations and planning
• coordinate branch activities and evaluate services
• perform Library Director duties in the director’s absence
• prepare and administer grants and reports
• compile and analyze statistics
• identify community needs and plan services
• monitor patron service and branch operations
• select materials for assigned collection areas
• oversee branch facilities and report maintenance needs
• conduct staff and branch manager meetings
• resolve complaints
• maintain confidential patron records
• assist at public desks or work nights and weekends when required.

Why this role
