What you'll do

• Provide nursing care throughout the perioperative experience
• prepare patients, equipment, and the operating-room environment
• assist with procedures while maintaining sterile technique
• monitor patients before, during, and after procedures as appropriate
• coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
• ensure supplies and equipment are available
• document care
• follow infection-control and surgical-site protocols
• support safe OR turnover.
