What you'll do

• Operate Itema rapier weaving looms
• perform pattern changeovers and verify machine setups
• inspect fabric and address defects
• confirm roll lengths and pattern accuracy
• diagnose mechanical issues and make minor repairs
• assist with doffing and maintenance
• perform preventive maintenance
• and maintain a clean, organized, safe workstation.
