The Juvenile Justice Clinician role is onsite in Aurora, IL. Compensation is $24.03–$25.48 per hour. The clinician provides individualized, trauma-informed therapeutic services to justice-involved youth, coordinating with juvenile justice partners and service providers. The role develops tailored plans and interventions that support emotional regulation, accountability, and long-term stability while involving families in care and reintegration planning.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic support
• conduct assessments using tools such as YASI
• develop individualized case plans and SMART goals
• coordinate referrals to mental health, substance use, education, and community services
• participate in case reviews, probation check-ins, and re-entry planning
• monitor progress and adjust interventions
• document outcomes to CCBYS and IDHS standards
• support family services and reintegration planning.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred. LSW or LPC licensure or eligibility is preferred. Evening and weekend availability is required, and the clinician must transport clients in their own vehicle.
