Northwell Health Physician Partners is seeking a fellowship-trained Heart Failure Cardiologist for a combined academic position at Staten Island University Hospital and North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY. This is an onsite, full-time role focused on advanced heart failure care. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver advanced heart failure care across the full spectrum of disease complexity. The cardiologist will manage patients from outpatient GDMT optimization to advanced surgical therapies, including LVAD implantation and heart transplantation.

• Optimize GDMT.
• Coordinate advanced therapies within a multidisciplinary heart team.
• Engage in clinical research and teaching.
