This role supports the GEOAxIS Next (GxNext) program, focusing on delivering secure Identify, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services to protect critical content across security domains.

What you'll do

• Develop strategies, responsibilities, and information needs for QA & CM inspections to assess product integrity and execution discipline.
• Identify and monitor leading and predictive metrics-based data collection and analysis.
• Perform inspections and audits on program plans, products, and verification practices.
• Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining technical quality assurance and control systems.
• Define and implement standards, methods and procedures for inspecting and evaluating performance.
• Use systems to identify failure trends and verify consistency of design and product functionality.
• Lead the performance of planning, conducting, and documenting product inspections and quality audits.
• Continually improve and maintain CMMI compliance.
• Implement, improve and maintain QA & CM plans, procedures, and the software configuration management process.
• Provide configuration management of supporting software documentation.
• Execute timely quality inspections and audits.
• Generate corrective action requests for inspection and audit findings.
• Establish a unified and forward-thinking collaboration between PM and QEC.
• Lead improvements on building an automation roadmap & improving the CI/CD pipeline.
• Coordinate with applicable stakeholders for baseline changes & troubleshooting issues with the build process.
• Improve and sustain the Configuration Control Board and develop associated materials.
• Oversee the publishing of the baseline Computer Software Configuration Item (CSCI).

What we're looking for

Education

BS degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

BS degree with 8 years prior relevant experience or Master with 6 years of prior relevant experience.
