Software Engineer I — C#/.NET & AI-Assisted Development

Job overview

The Software Engineer I role is fully onsite five days per week in Miami, FL. The stated salary range is $90,000–$110,000 per year. The role supports an established organization’s enterprise application development team through Leon Recruitment. Working alongside senior engineers, the early-career developer builds and supports applications, develops prototypes, and learns the business processes behind supported systems. The work contributes to secure, reliable enterprise software by applying development practices, validating AI-assisted code, and translating stakeholder requirements into working applications.

What you'll do

• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and Azure services under senior-engineer guidance
• build and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and data models
• use AI-assisted tools for prototyping and development and review resulting code
• clarify requirements with stakeholders and technical colleagues
• participate in sprint planning
• follow software development lifecycle procedures, including documentation, ticket updates, code reviews, and change management.
