The Senior Engagement Manager, Professional Services role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with an annual salary range of $180,000–$220,000. BrightEdge’s Professional Services team consults with clients on digital marketing strategy and SEO and AEO needs using the BrightEdge platform. This sales-focused role grows services business with new and existing enterprise clients. It develops executive relationships, scopes and proposes consulting engagements, negotiates contracts, and aligns internal teams to deliver client work and demonstrate its value.
What you'll do
- Drive Professional Services sales and meet bookings targets
- lead discovery, project scoping, proposals, Statements of Work, and contract negotiations
- identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- develop service offerings and methodologies
- build executive-level client relationships
- manage escalations
- educate stakeholders on SEO and AEO
- coordinate with consultants, project managers, Customer Success, and Account Management
- analyze outcomes and develop QBRs and case studies.
