Feed-In Operator – Production

The Feed-In Operator – Production role is onsite in Statesville, NC. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., and pay is $14.50 per hour. Allegiance Staffing is recruiting for a manufacturing team operating a production process. The operator runs feed-in equipment to maintain a steady flow of material through production, checks material and product quality, and supports recycling and downstream operations. The role contributes to safe, continuous production by following equipment procedures, maintaining the work area, and reporting quality concerns.

What you'll do

• Operate feed-in equipment to maintain continuous material flow
• tape logs together and verify seals
• monitor and adjust material flow
• mark the first peeled log after material changes
• inspect materials and remove defects for recycling
• collect scrap for recycling
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• follow safety procedures and use required PPE
• report quality issues
• assist with other production duties.
