What you'll do

• Direct and supervise nursing personnel in the operating room, post-anesthesia care unit, Central Supply, and surgical coordination.
• Oversee perioperative care, evaluate nursing quality, maintain regulatory and hospital-policy compliance, coordinate surgical scheduling and staffing, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in quality assurance.
• Coordinate Total Joint Program patient communication, care coordination, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Serve in clinical roles as necessary and obtain Orthopedic Nurse Certification within one year of hire.
