The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Monday–Friday, 3:30–7:30 p.m. role is onsite in Covington, GA, with part-time after-school hours; compensation is $25–$30 per hour. Working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the RBT implements individualized therapy programs and helps children work toward functional goals. The role also documents progress and collaborates with families to support consistent behavior-plan implementation.

What you'll do

• Provide ABA services to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision
• implement BCBA-designed therapy programs
• teach skills related to children’s functional goals and needs
• complete progress notes in the data collection system
