What you'll do

• Lead onsite implementation of the initiative
• facilitate the school-level advisory board
• coordinate with school leaders, families, and community partners
• deliver or coordinate academic, behavioral, social-emotional, health, and postsecondary supports
• coordinate extended learning and family engagement
• use data to identify students and monitor progress
• maintain grant documentation and support evaluation and continuous improvement.

Why this role

Standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET, with occasional early morning, evening, or weekend work. Infrequent local, regional, or national travel may be required. Associate degree and three years of relevant experience are required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
