What you'll do

• Assess and monitor skin integrity and changes in condition
• complete Braden Scales and skin assessments on the stated schedule
• administer and document prescribed treatments
• implement and monitor skin-integrity care plans
• receive and carry out physician orders
• complete weekly skin reports and clinical documentation
• assist with infection-control surveillance
• investigate and document incidents
• provide direct resident care and oversee or assign duties to nursing staff and aides as appropriate
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and facility policies.

Why this role
