Utilization Review Specialist (Hybrid)

What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for health plans, provide clinical updates, and manage authorizations
• collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists on patient assessments
• coordinate with Admissions on referrals and placements
• maintain data integrity in EHR systems
• navigate insurance policies and reimbursement procedures
• assist with quality assurance audits and compliance.
