What you'll do

• Monitor enterprise network, on-premise, and cloud infrastructure dashboards
• triage outage calls and automated alerts and route events to technical teams
• execute runbooks during major incidents and coordinate escalations with Incident Managers
• monitor AWS and OCI service health
• manage incident records in ServiceNow and Jira and meet SLA response times
• maintain shift logs and handovers
• monitor scheduled change windows
• follow runbooks, TTPs, and SOPs and flag outdated documentation.
